Sophie Hearle

Sophie Hearle is an Associate at Ashtons Legal. Prior to this, they worked as a Paralegal at Fieldfisher and BLM. Sophie has experience in sorting and analysing medical records, undertaking legal and medical research, liaising with experts, drafting client correspondence, interviewing witnesses and drafting witness statements, preparing quantum reports, attending conferences with Counsel, drafting defences, witness statements and applications to court, preparing allocation questionnaires, lists of documents and statements of costs, negotiating liability and quantum, applying relevant case law and legal principles, maintaining sound file management through accurate and consistent billing and time recording, and management of WIP and monitoring of Management Information.

Sophie Hearle has a degree in law from the University of Leeds, where they studied law and French. Sophie also has a degree in French law from Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III). Sophie is currently a qualified solicitor in England and Wales.
