Beini Liu

Beini Liu is a professional in macroeconomic policy and financing for development, currently serving in the Financing for Development division at the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) since July 2019. Key responsibilities include facilitating the Infrastructure Financing and Public-Private Partnerships (PPP) Network for Asia and the Pacific and supporting the implementation of the Integrated National Financial Framework in the region. Previously, Beini Liu worked with the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in 2020, focusing on Political Economy for Health Investment Case Research, and has experience in financial analysis with Guosen Securities. Beini Liu holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
