Katharina Ferl

Katharina Ferl is an experienced professional in international development and economics, currently serving as a Senior Consultant at the Asian Development Bank since September 2020 and as a Senior Economist at The World Bank since 2011. Prior roles include Senior Analyst for the Access to Medicine Project at the Clinton Health Access Initiative in the Dominican Republic and Analyst at the International Monetary Fund. Katharina's career began as a Junior Associate at The World Bank from 2006 to 2008. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Development Economics and International Relations from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, as well as a Master of Arts in International Economics and Management from Free University of Bozen-Bolzano. Additional education includes studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science and Universitat Pompeu Fabra.
