Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in Northeastern Ohio will have equal access to information and quality services, and no disparities will exist. AAPI issues and interests will be fully understood and incorporated into service plans of all major public agencies and community service providers in Northeast Ohio.

The Interpretation Team at Asian Services in Action (ASIA) ensures that Asian American Pacific Islanders (AAPIs) in Northeastern Ohio can access information and services in their native languages. They provide accurate translation and interpretation services across multiple languages, including medical and community settings, to eliminate language barriers and enhance communication and understanding.
