Kazutoshi Kawasumi

Kazutoshi Kawasumi has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as the Global Digital HRBP and People Operations Director at ASICS Corporation since August 2007. With a background that includes roles such as HR Business Partner Manager and Talent Management Manager, Kazutoshi has contributed to various initiatives, including BCP and well-being projects. Additionally, Kazutoshi has expertise in compensation system revisions and HRIS projects, further demonstrating a strong commitment to talent management and training. Prior to ASICS, Kazutoshi worked in sales at DMI, focusing on recruitment advertisement from April 2002 to May 2007. Kazutoshi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Kobe University, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
