Jennie Espelund

Jennie Espelund is an experienced legal professional serving as Group General Counsel at Asker Healthcare Group since September 2021. Previously, Jennie held the position of Group Legal Counsel at Skanska, supporting the Board of Directors and management team on various legal matters, including corporate governance and compliance. Jennie also contributed as a board member for Skanska Försäkrings AB and worked extensively in M&A, Corporate Law, Intellectual Property Rights, and marketing law at Setterwalls Advokatbyrå. Additional experience includes legal counsel roles at Sobi and Zodiak Media, law clerk work at the District Court of Malmö, and a bank employee position at Handelsbanken. Jennie earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) from Lund University and has further educational experience from New York University.
