Kristen Sands Hodge

Kristen Sands Hodge currently serves as the Vice President of People and Culture at Aslan, a position held since October 2024, where responsibilities include fostering a positive and inclusive culture across the Aslan family of companies. Prior to this role, Kristen occupied various positions including Vice President of Operations, Marketing Manager, and Transaction Coordinator at SVN | Second Story Real Estate Management from November 2019 to October 2024. Kristen’s earlier experience includes roles in property management at Fogelman Properties and as a Brand Marketing Specialist and Assistant Salon Director at Official Sun Tan City. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Tennessee Tech University, completed in 2017.
