Kishor Patil

Kishor Patil is an accomplished Project Leader at ASM, with experience in leading R&D teams on capital equipment development, focusing on Intrepid Epitaxy and performance improvement initiatives since August 2019. Prior to this role, Kishor served as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at both ASM and ASML, where responsibilities included the design and development of next-generation EUV source chambers and various lithography machine components. Additionally, Kishor has held senior engineering positions at Axcelis Technologies and Cymer Inc, contributing to significant projects in EUV and DUV technologies. Early career experience includes mechanical engineering roles at Varian Semiconductor and Kulicke & Soffa, encompassing advanced charge control systems and gear design.
