Thyagu Rathinadurai

Thyagu Rathinadurai is an experienced IT business transformational leader currently at ASM since April 2022. Prior to this role, Thyagu served as Manager of Technology Shared Services at PayPal from July 2015 to January 2024, where responsibilities included managing the integrations platform team and leading a major integration middleware platform upgrade that achieved significant cost savings. From January 2014 to June 2015, Thyagu was the Manager of Operations for Integrations at eBay, overseeing a large integrations landscape and liaising with offshore managed services teams. Thyagu began the professional career at Smartsoft International Inc, holding various roles including Senior SAP Netweaver Architect and SAP Solutions Architect from August 2001 to January 2014. Thyagu holds a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras.
