Jules Smeets

Jules Smeets has extensive experience in leadership roles across various prominent companies, currently serving as the Head of ABS Capability Center and Head of GES (GBS) Center of Excellence at ASML since January 2021. Prior to ASML, Smeets held the position of EMEA Strategy Director at Oracle from April 2018 to December 2020, and significant roles at Accenture from 2005 to 2018, including EALA Lead Transformation as a Service and Senior Manager in Finance & Enterprise Performance. Smeets also contributed to PwC Nederland as Director of the Finance Operations team, and began a career in consultancy at Andersen, which was later acquired by Deloitte, where Smeets led the Shared Services practice in the Netherlands. Academic credentials include a master's degree in Business Economics from Maastricht University, obtained between 1987 and 1993.
