Marina Jeurissen

Marina Jeurissen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in global HR business partnership roles. Currently serving as a Global Human Resources Business Partner at ASML since September 2023, Marina previously held similar positions at Signify and Covestro between July 2022 and June 2022. With a solid foundation in HR management, Marina's career began at Bayer where responsibilities included HR Project Manager and HR Generalist from June 2012 to September 2015. Academically, Marina holds a Master's degree in Work- and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from Utrecht University, complemented by an Erasmus Exchange program at The Manchester Metropolitan University.
