Raf Stegen

Raf Stegen has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as Chief Product Owner and Senior Manager at ASML since 2006, where responsibilities include leading the DUV Optical Column Conditioning team and the DUV Imaging Performance team, as well as managing the Defectivity & Imaging Integration group within ASML’s Development & Engineering department. Prior to ASML, Raf Stegen held the position of Project Lead at LG.Philips-Displays from 2001 to 2006 and worked as a Senior Development Engineer at Draka Nederland from 1997 to 2000. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Chemistry from Eindhoven University of Technology and earlier schooling at Stedelijke Scholengemeenschap Maastricht and John F. Kennedy School Maastricht.
