Gina Mongiardo has over 16 years of experience in operational excellence within the dental industry, currently serving as Principal of Operational Excellence at Aspen Dental since August 2007. In this role, Gina supports 23 practices across NY, MA, and VT, focusing on cost management, compliance, and operational efficiencies. Throughout their career at Aspen Dental, Gina has held various positions, including Regional Manager and Operations Manager, where achievements include leading teams, exceeding financial goals, and participating in strategic initiatives. Prior to Aspen Dental, Gina served as Operations Director at Schaller's and completed a marketing internship at Bassett Healthcare Network. Gina holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from SUNY Empire State College.
