AYESHA MATHUTHU (JEEWA) has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Group Head of Talent Management at Aspen Pharma Group. Previously held positions include Group HR Projects Manager and Group Talent and Organisational Effectiveness Manager at Aspen Holdings, as well as a similar role at Aspen Pharmacare. AYESHA also has experience as Head of Human Resources at 3M and as Senior HR Manager at Aspen Pharmacare. AYESHA MATHUTHU (JEEWA) holds an Honors B Social Science degree in Human Resources, having completed education at Reservoir Hills High and Durban Girls College.
