Fraser Ross

Fraser Ross is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Group Development Chef at Aspens Services Ltd since November 2020. Prior to this role, Fraser worked as a Development Chef at Thomas Franks Ltd from August 2016 to August 2020, and held the position of Regional Executive Chef at Holroyd Howe from June 2015 to August 2016. Fraser's extensive background includes kitchen training and development at Mitchells & Butlers- PCDG and Browns, as well as serving as Head Chef at Premier Dining Country Group from February 2005 to June 2010.
