Chas McGarvey

Chas McGarvey, M.S., EFO, CFO, MIFireE, currently serves as the Director of New Business Development at SERVPRO® Team Fabiani and as a Project Consultant at Aspirant Consulting Group. Previous experience includes roles as the Pennsylvania State Fire Commissioner at the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency and Chief Fire Officer/Fire Marshal for the Township of Lower Merion, where Chas worked for nearly two decades. Chas also held the position of President of the Montgomery County Municipal Fire Officers Association and was the Assistant Vice President of Operations at Rosemont College. Chas holds a Master's degree in Public Safety from Saint Joseph's University, an Executive Fire Officer Program certification from the National Fire Academy, and a Bachelor's degree in Management Science from Rosemont College.
