Abby Rotwein

Abby Rotwein is a Doctoral Candidate at UCLA, currently serving as Assistant Principal at Aspire Tate Academy since July 2023. Previously, Abby held the role of Director of Equity and Inclusion at Riverdale School District from March 2021 to June 2023, where responsibilities included leading equity initiatives, developing curriculum, and facilitating professional development. Prior experience includes positions as an EXCEL Teacher and Curriculum Developer at Evergreen Public Schools, 4th Grade Teacher and Equity Team Leader at Portland Public Schools, and various coaching roles with 4 WORLDS UNITED SOCCER ALLIANCE and Playworks. Abby has an extensive educational background, holding multiple degrees and certifications related to education, diversity, and inclusion.
