Erin Blank currently serves as the Head of Computational Science & AI/ML at Aspire Recruitment Group and Aspire Life Sciences Search, focusing on recruiting top talent in Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Computational Chemistry, Cheminformatics, and Scientific Machine Learning to advance scientific research and development. Prior to these roles, Erin was a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Proclinical Group, specializing in connecting Life Science companies with skilled professionals across the EU and UK. Erin also worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Barrington James, concentrating on Computational Sciences. Earlier professional experiences include positions as Front of House Manager at Rosey Lea and Race Horse Trainer at Polly Gundry Training. Erin holds a degree in Sports and Exercise Science from Exeter College and has completed AS Levels in Chemistry at Colyton Grammar School.
