Mike Dekker

Mike Dekker is a versatile professional with a strong background in outdoor activities, customer service, and team management. Currently a Track Ranger at Asplundh (NZ), Mike is dedicated to maintaining walking and biking tracks while implementing pest control measures. Previous experience includes roles as a Snowsports Instructor and Concierge at Niseko Black, and as a Location Manager at Estivant Vakanties, where Mike focused on creating memorable experiences for single-parent families. Additional roles in the skiing industry and leadership positions in various organizations have strengthened Mike's skills in instruction, logistics, and team coordination. Mike holds an Associate's degree in Entrepreneurship from Avans University of Applied Sciences and relevant vocational qualifications in leadership and safety from ROC Tilburg and Reeshof College.
