Poteau Laurent

Poteau Laurent is an experienced mechanical supervisor with a strong background in maintenance management for rotating equipment in the oil and gas sector. Currently employed at Assala Energy since January 2022, Poteau oversees mechanical operations. Previously, Poteau worked at SPIE Oil & Gas Services from January 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing maintenance for a diverse range of rotating machines, compressors, pumps, and hydraulic equipment across various sites in Nigeria. Poteau also held roles at Dietsmann and Eni, focusing on preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as training and coordination of maintenance activities. Poteau's career began at National Marine, where experience included team leadership in welding and logistics. Poteau holds a CAP/BEP in maintenance mechanics from Ecole navale de Saint Mandrier and a BTS in industrial mechanics from Marine Nationale Saint Mandrier.
