Gaia Rinaldini

Gaia Rinaldini has extensive experience in human resources and organizational roles, currently serving in the capacity of Risorse umane at ASSCOR soc. coop. since July 2019. Prior to this, Gaia held positions as Responsabile Punto Soci at Consorzio Solco and as Impiegato at Bottega dei Servizi, both from December 2018 to October 2019. Gaia began a career in the insurance sector as a Subagente assicurativo at Generali Italia from October 2016 to May 2017. Educationally, Gaia holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze Politiche - Scienze Criminologiche per l'Investigazione e la Sicurezza from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna, completed in 2016, as well as a Laurea triennale in Scienze Politiche - Sociologia e Scienze Criminologiche per la Sicurezza from the same institution in 2013, and a Diploma from Istituto Tecnico Agrario Statale L. Perdisa, attained in 2010.
