Andrzej Weclawski

Andrzej Weclawski is a highly skilled software architect and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the technology sector. Currently serving as the Software Architects Team Leader at Asseco Solutions DACH since September 2023, Andrzej also co-founded and leads Breslauer Spirits as CEO, overseeing the operations of Wrocław's first distillery specializing in gin. Prior to these roles, Andrzej was Team Leader and Software Architect at Neseex, responsible for establishing the software engineering department and managing multiple development teams. Experience includes significant positions at BNY Mellon as a Senior Specialist Developer and Team Lead, and Credit Suisse as a Senior Software Engineer. Andrzej's career began with roles in software engineering at Class Super and Titian Software, along with freelance work for HoResCon. Andrzej holds a Master’s degree in Management for Engineers and a Bachelor’s in Robotics and Automation Engineering from Wrocław University of Science and Technology.
