Jesper Hodal Nielsen

Jesper Hodal Nielsen has extensive experience in leadership and production roles across various companies. Currently employed at Assens Kommune in the Social Psykriatrien division since March 2024, Jesper has previously held the position of Tapperileder at A/S Bryggeriet Vestfyen from September 2020 to May 2023. A brief period in 2020 was spent seeking new challenges. Jesper's career also includes a decade at Carlsberg Group as First Line Leader and Produktionsleder, and roles at Glud & Marstrand A/S, progressing from Faktor to Senior Faktor and Trykkerileder from 1999 to 2010. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Media Management from Danmarks Medie- og Journalisthøjskole (2005-2006) and a background in lithographic printing from Grafisk Tekniske Skole, Odense (1984-1988).
