Ann R. Klee

Ann Klee is a seasoned executive and board member with extensive experience in corporate governance and strategic leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member at SOTERA HEALTH LLC and Wabtec Corporation, Klee plays key roles in various committees focusing on governance, compensation, and environmental health and safety. Klee has held significant positions, including Executive Vice President at Suffolk Construction, where responsibilities included leading transformative initiatives in the construction industry. Prior experience includes Vice President roles at GE, where Klee led corporate relocations and environmental health and safety strategies, as well as General Counsel at the US Environmental Protection Agency. Klee holds a Doctor of Law degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Swarthmore College.
