Patricia Cotroneo

Patricia Cotroneo has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Assent Compliance Inc since January 2015, where responsibilities include leading Talent Acquisition, managing the Total Rewards program, and developing HR policies while ensuring compliance with legislation. Previously, Patricia held a temporary role as Acting Human Resources Information Systems Coordinator at Export Development Canada in August 2014, demonstrating strong data entry integrity. Patricia's career began as a Sales Support Representative at ADW Acosta from February 2012 to September 2013, where administrative and accounting functions were performed in support of Business Managers. Patricia holds a Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from Algonquin College and an Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Psychology from the University of Ottawa.
