N. Mohanan

Mr. N. Mohanan, a distinguished entrepreneur and Investor Director of Asset Homes, was born in 1942 in Kochi. After finishing his schooling, he joined the prestigious Manipal Engineering College to do his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. On successfully completing his studies at the Manipal Engineering College in 1968, he joined FACT. His entrepreneurial urge made him quit his job and venture into his own initiatives. The first one was a chain of Indian Oil Corporation Retail Outlets in Kochi. This was soon followed by a very ambitious foray into the hospitality sector, with the launch of the Cochin Seaport Hotel, at Vypin. Today he has a flourishing hospitality business and many other diversified businesses. His strong engineering foundations, decades of experience and entrepreneurial passion to excel, make him a real asset to the Board of Asset Homes.
