Montserrat Corominas Flores is the Founder and CEO of Intergroup Partners AG, an independent corporate M&A firm established in 2010 that specializes in facilitating growth and investment for portfolio owners and family offices. Corominas Flores currently serves as an investor in various sectors, including energy infrastructure at Cleanwatts, insurance and fintech at AssetPass, and plays a role in investor relations at R8 TECHNOLOGIES, a leading AI company managing significant commercial real estate. Additionally, Corominas Flores is a Leadership Fellow at the Society of Leadership Fellows and has held guest lecturer positions at ETH Zürich and the University of St. Gallen. Previous experience includes involvement with Aurora Propulsion Technologies and the New Mobility World.
