George Ginis

Dr. Ginis is a technology expert on high-speed internet access. He is the CTO and co-founder of Sail Internet, an internet service provider using an innovative combination of wireless and wired technologies to deliver service to homes and businesses. Previously he was VP of Marketing and VP of Engineering at ASSIA, where he led the development of products that enabled telecom service providers to increase the performance and reliability of high-speed internet.

Dr. Ginis has Ph.D. and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, and a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens. He is an IEEE Fellow for his contributions to transmission optimization in digital subscriber loops.
