Michael Strait

Michael Strait is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and operations across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Sales & Operations Officer at Associa since October 2024, Strait previously held the position of Chief Commercial Officer at Blue Stream Fiber from December 2020 to October 2024. Prior roles include VP Sales for the South Region at FirstService Residential, where responsibilities included leading sales efforts for North America's largest residential property management company, and Managing Director of JCM Capital Development Group, overseeing a $1 billion portfolio in commercial solar energy financing. Additional experience includes senior positions at Telmetrics, Ontario Store Fixtures, and BT, demonstrating a strong track record in sales growth, account management, and strategic direction. Strait holds a degree in Economics from Western University and further education from Landmark.
