Marilka Velez

Marilka Velez is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in leading creative and branding initiatives across various industries. Currently, as SVP and Senior Director of Marketing at Associated Bank since August 2016, Marilka drives company-wide marketing strategies and oversees the bank's branding and communication efforts. Previous roles include Creative Director at BuySeasons, Inc., and multiple senior marketing positions at Kohl's Department Stores, where leadership of large design teams was a focus. Marilka also provided freelance consultation services while in transition and has taught design courses at Mount Mary College. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Marquette University and a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from Mount Mary University, complemented by a graduate program at the Yale School of Management.
