Ben st. Quintin Mrics

Ben St. Quintin MRICS currently serves as the Lead Property Development Manager for Wales & Short Sea Ports and DevCo at Associated British Ports since December 2021. Prior to this role, Ben held the position of Partner at Alder King Property Consultants, advising on land acquisition and disposal for residential development across the South West and South Wales from October 2014 to December 2021. Ben's extensive experience also includes various roles at Jones Lang LaSalle in property and asset management, along with earlier positions in sales and a leadership role as President of the Bristol Junior Chamber. Ben holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Property Management from the University of the West of England and a BSc (hons) in Economics & Finance from Loughborough University.
