Holly Cargill-Cramer

Holly Cargill-Cramer is the Trainer at Association Development Group. Holly has an extensive background in organizational development and communications. Holly served as the Executive Director/Incubator Director at Tech Valley Center of Gravity from January 2017 to March 2019. In this role, they oversaw day-to-day operations and governance for the makerspace, which is a creative community of makers, artists, inventors and manufacturers. Holly also served as the VP for Governance and Strategy at Association Development Group, Inc. from January 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they were responsible for developing and implementing governance strategies for the organization. Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Team Leader for Association Communications at Association Development Group, Inc. from March 2013 to January 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing the organization's communications team and developing communications strategies.

Holly Cargill-Cramer has a BA in Communication Arts from The College of Saint Rose and a certification from United Methodist Communications in Communications Trainer II.
