Gillian Roche-Saunders

Gillian Roche-Saunders is a seasoned professional in financial services regulatory consultancy, currently serving as a Partner at Adempi Associates LLP since July 2019. With extensive board experience, Gillian holds positions as a Board Member and Governance Committee Member for the Enterprise Investment Scheme Association, and has chaired the Regulatory Committee of the British Private Equity & Venture Capital Association since 2018. Additionally, Gillian contributes as a mentor for the Help to Grow scheme and advises Breathworks as a Strategic Adviser and Non-Executive Director. Previous roles include Partner at Bates Wells Braithwaite and BWB Compliance, as well as founding Umbrella Hunter.
