Leadership Team

The Leadership Team at the Association of Professional Flight Attendants (APFA) is responsible for guiding the union's strategic direction and representing the interests of its 25,000 members. Comprising key leaders such as the National President and base presidents, the team focuses on advocating for flight attendants' rights, negotiating contracts, and ensuring effective communication between members and union leadership. Through democratic processes, they empower members to have a voice in decision-making and champion the diverse needs and concerns of the workforce.
