Joanne Theseira

Joanne Theseira is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the communications and marketing industry. Currently serving as a Board Member at AWARE since May 2024, Joanne has held various leadership roles at Publicis Communications since July 2014, including Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of multiple divisions. Additionally, Joanne serves as Chief Growth Officer for Southeast Asia at Publicis Groupe since September 2022. Prior to these roles, Joanne spent over a decade at TBWA\Group Singapore, where responsibilities included Group Account Director for the Digital Arts Network and Regional Account Director, overseeing key client accounts. Earlier experience includes an Account Coordinator position at Grey Worldwide Singapore. Joanne holds a B.A. (Hons) in English Literature from the National University of Singapore, earned in 2002.
