Angelo Silvestro

Angelo Silvestro currently serves as Responsabile ospitalità at Pietradolce since March 2023 and has been a Sommelier with Associazione Italiana Sommelier since January 2017. Previous experience includes an internship focused on hospitality at donnafugata srl soc.agricola and various roles at Azienda Agr. Frank Cornelissen, where responsibilities included overseeing the winery and managing vineyard operations. Additionally, Angelo worked as a Sommelier at Shalai Resort. Educational qualifications include WSET Level 3 certification and training with AIS Associazione Italiana Sommelier, alongside a diploma from Liceo scientifico Michele Amari.
