Adriana García Vanegas

Adriana García Vanegas currently serves as a Claim Administrator Associate at Assurant since October 2023. Previously, Adriana held various roles in human resources, including Head of Human Resources at Grupo Carval Oficial from February 2016 to September 2022, where responsibilities encompassed position management, people analytics, and occupational safety. Prior to that, Adriana worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Grupo Coomeva/Bancoomeva from July 2013 to January 2016, focusing on recruitment and organizational climate monitoring. Early roles included Recruitment Analyst positions at Manpower and Grupo Éxito, dedicated to strategic recruitment processes using various assessment techniques. Adriana holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from EAE Business School and an Undergraduate Degree in Psychology from Universidad del Valle, complemented by a certification in Human Talent Management.
