Patricia Posta-Arce

Patricia Posta-Arce is an accomplished insurance professional with extensive experience in business development and sales. Currently serving as Vice President at AssuredPartners since September 2024, Patricia previously held the same title at Alliant Insurance Services for nearly a year. Patricia's career includes a significant role as Vice President of Business Development at Conventus Inter-Insurance Exchange from July 2018 to October 2023 and experience as an Insurance Agent for over 14 years at Independent Life & Health Insurance. Earlier positions include Outside Sales Representative at PAYCHEX INC and Account Executive in Wholesale Mortgage Sales. Patricia holds an Associate of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications from Raritan Valley Community College and is continuing education at the American School of Business.
