Caroline Roepchand

Caroline Roepchand has significant experience in various roles primarily at Assuria Verzekeringen since September 2007, including positions such as Secretary for Labor Union ORWASS, where responsibilities involve advocating for employee rights and improving working conditions. Caroline has also served as a marketer, analyst, advertiser, strategist, and customer service representative, as well as holding leadership roles in the Staff Association for Employee Integration. Additional experience includes being a Board Member at Interbanken Plus Toernooi, a sports club for financial institutions in Suriname. Caroline's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Management Studies from FHR School of Business and prior studies at IMKB Suriname and local educational institutions.
