Bhagya Prabashwara

Bhagya Prabashwara has extensive experience in software quality assurance and project management, currently serving as a Test Lead at Assurity Consulting since March 2023. Prior roles include Assistant Manager - Software Quality Assurance at Sana Commerce Sri Lanka, where responsibilities encompassed managing QA teams and product backlog prioritization. Bhagya has also held positions as Lead Quality Assurance Engineer, Senior QA Engineer at the London School of Marketing, and Software Quality Assurance Engineer at Allion Technologies, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of leadership in QA roles. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Kelaniya and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from SLIIT, along with certification as a Software Quality Assurance Tester from the International Software Testing Qualification Board.
