Sylvain Lars

Sylvain Lars is an experienced insurance professional with a strong background in claims management and partner relations. Currently serving as Responsable Performance Indemnisation at AssurOne since February 2020, Sylvain has focused on establishing and monitoring compensation indicators, automating claims management, optimizing customer experiences, and developing partnerships. Prior to this role, Sylvain held various positions at La banque postale assurances IARD from May 2011 to January 2020, including Responsable partenaires habitation and Cadre technique indemnisation MRH, overseeing significant claims management.
