Karen Schultz

Karen Schultz is an experienced sales operations specialist currently at AST LLC since August 2019, where Karen established a new role focused on managing software-related activities and vendor communications, primarily with Oracle. Prior to this, Karen served as a Strategic Account Sales Representative at Oracle from 2010 to 2018, successfully migrating customers to Cloud-based solutions and leading contract negotiations. Karen’s career began at Sun Microsystems from 2003 to 2010 as a Channel Support Sales Manager, where Karen contributed to significant revenue growth through partner collaboration and training initiatives. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Los Angeles.
