One Bukit Senyum has a total gross floor area of approximately six million square feet. Bukit Pelali at Pengeran is an approximately 360 acre strata township. Bukit Pelali at Pengeran comprises residential units, shop offices, a clubhouse, hotel, private hospital, mart, school, mosque, food and beverage hub and petrol station. The Bukit Pelali at Pengeran project is located five kilometers away from the Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex in southern Johor.
