Marije Okkersen

Marije Okkersen has extensive experience in safety, support, and management roles. Currently serving as Locatiemanager at Astare since February 2017, Marije has also held positions in planning and completed an internship there. Previous experience includes working as a Werkgroepdocent Sociologie at Universiteit Utrecht and as a member of the Safety & Support Team for Socialrun from 2013 to 2017. Marije served as an Operator for Technisch Toezicht at the Politie, focusing on surveillance and event monitoring. Additionally, Marije acted as a volunteer in various capacities within the police force. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Sociology from Utrecht University and a Bachelor of Public Management from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
