Raz Adashi

Raz Adashi is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience in embedded software development and engineering. Currently serving as an Embedded SoC and driver software team leader at Marvell Technology since December 2005, Raz leads software research and development for ARM multi-core embedded Linux environments, manages the release of switching software drivers, and oversees the maintenance of critical components such as the Linux kernel and U-Boot. Prior roles include leadership positions in various software engineering teams, where Raz successfully transitioned products from VxWorks to Linux and optimized build systems, significantly reducing build times. With a solid background in hardware integration and embedded systems, including experience in the Israeli Air Force and contributions to innovative medical technology at Insightec Therapeutics, Raz holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
