Alya Zaira Rizal

Alya Zaira Rizal is a professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition, sales, and business analysis. Alya has held positions as a Talent Associate at Aston Carter, a Sales Consultant at Tax2Shine, a Seasonal Sales Associate at Selfridges, and a Business Analyst at the Central Bank of Indonesia. Additionally, Alya served as a Wellbeing Officer for the Perhimpunan Pelajar Indonesia - Masyarakat Indonesia Birmingham (PPI-MIB). Alya holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Birmingham, obtained in 2023, and a Foundation Degree in International Business from Kaplan International Pathways, completed in 2020.
