Rachel Statter

Rachel Statter, an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), currently serves as the Corporate Social Responsibility Manager at Aston Group since January 2019 and has previously held the position of HR Officer within the same organization. Prior to joining Aston Group, Rachel worked at Homebase from September 2012 to October 2018, where the role encompassed Team Leader for Colleague Services. Rachel's educational background includes attendance at Little Ilford from 1980 to 1986.
