Gita Tiffani Boer

An Indonesian citizen, born in 1966, he has served as Director of the Company since April 2018. Currently he also serves as Commissioner of PT Toyota-Astra Motor and President Commissioner of PT Arya Kharisma. He joined Astra in 2011 and previously served as Chief Group General Counsel & Corporate Secretary of the Company (2011-2018). Prior to joining the Astra Group, he served as a Partner at the Law Firm of Mochtar Karuwin & Komar with a focus on Corporate, Capital Market and Finance (2003-2011). He holds a law degree from the University of Indonesia and a Master of Law from American University, the Washington College of Law, United States of America.
