Anu Kumar

Anu Kumar serves as the Area CFO for Central Eastern Europe & Baltics at AstraZeneca since April 2006, where the focus is on driving performance and growth across these markets. Previous roles at AstraZeneca include Head of Finance for the Cardio Vascular & Metabolic Disease global franchise and Senior Finance leader for the Antibiotics Business Unit. Anu Kumar has also provided financial leadership on M&A, licensing, and divestment transactions, and played a key role in transforming the Global Commercial Finance function. Prior to AstraZeneca, Anu Kumar held positions at Alfred McAlpine as Finance Director - Corporate and Financial Controller, and at Volex as Operations Audit Manager. The career began at Baker Tilly as a Business Audit Senior. Anu Kumar holds a BSc in Mathematics and Management Studies from the University of Leeds.
