Esteban Morales

Esteban Morales is an accomplished leader in digital transformation and innovation, currently serving as the Digital, Innovation & IT Head at AstraZeneca since April 2019. With extensive experience in managing cross-functional projects to enhance patient and stakeholder services, Esteban previously held the role of International CVRM Digital, Innovation and Patient Services Lead, focusing on maximizing digital health opportunities. Prior to AstraZeneca, Esteban was an Associate Director at Phormo Comunicación Colectiva and Operations Manager at Intertec International, where responsibilities included strategic communication and operations management. Esteban began a career in technology as a Senior Technical Project Manager at Procter & Gamble, overseeing SAP Business Intelligence projects. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's in Computer Science from Tecnológico de Costa Rica, along with studies in Leadership & Innovation from MIT and Digital Marketing from Squared Online.
